The Visual and Performing arts are a vibrant and integral part of a student’s education at Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart. 

In a supportive, welcoming environment, student artists are encouraged to take creative risks and engage their imagination through all of their artistic endeavors. Our visual and performing arts courses encourage students to grow and express themselves in a safe, non- judgemental and supportive atmosphere. The fine arts naturally engage the body, mind and spirit aligning with both Franciscan values and the IB learner profile. 

Our ability to teach the arts in several cross-curricular ways allows students to broaden their understanding of the world while making connections with not only the arts but other academic disciplines along with the outside community.
