Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart's athletic center has seen many great games since opening in 2014. The Sharks-Gators match-up on February 8, 2024, was no exception.
Nardin led throughout the first half. The Sharks increased the pressure in the second half, resulting in overtime. In the final 10 seconds, Makenna Chamberlain sunk a basket, securing a 48-46 win for the Sharks.
During half-time, alumnae were invited to a reception in the second-floor fitness center, overlooking the court. Women from the 1950s-2020s enjoyed reminiscing and catching up with SHA friends and classmates. Several alumnae introduced their daughters to the SHA sisterhood by bringing them to the game and reception.
