Shadow Day Interest Form

Thank you for registering your daughter for a Shadow Day at Sacred Heart Academy.  In order to provide the best experience for your daughter, please complete this brief form.  To the best of our ability, we will match your daughter based on her interest(s) or requested student host.  

Prior to your daughter's Shadow Day, you will receive an email with a health screening form and other reminders about  her day.  If you need to change her scheduled shadow day, please return to the sign up found here.

If you have any questions, please call the Admissions Office, 834-2101 ext. 311.  

Don't forget to sign up for Open House on Sunday, October 17.
