Conferences are by appointment only and parents will be notified when booking opens.  The summaryregarding appointments are as follows:

The appointments are in 10 minute increments with individualteachers.  If you feel as though you willneed more than 10 minutes you should contact the teacher directly and make anappointment at another mutually convenient time.  Appointments aremade by email only and will be filled in the order that they are received.  Confirmations will be sent via email.  Please remember that you can always request ameeting with a teacher at any time during the school year, bycontacting the teacher directly, you are not restricted to this one night.
