Coach McGrath took over the varsity program at the start of the 2022-23 season.  Before that she coached JV basketball at Mt. St. Mary for three years and has coached AAU with Full Court Hoops for two years.  Coach McGrath has also coached high school volleyball and tennis and was an assistant tennis coach at Daemen College, her alma mater. Coach McGrath is a special education teacher at Cardinal O’Hara High School.
