The Learning Center
The Learning Center at Sacred Heart Academy offers academic support to students of all levels and grades. Staffed full time by our faculty, students have access to tutors in all academic areas with certified teachers tutoring in their subject areas in foreign language, math, and science. Assistance in writing and presentation skills is available to help students prepare for their writing and speaking assignments that are required for every class our students take at SHA. In addition to faculty tutoring, students may arrange for peer tutoring in either a one-on-one setting or as group peer tutoring.
Other services are also available. Students may use the available technology for practice listening in their foreign language classes, test preparation for the PSAT and SAT, and career planning through our online ECOS subscription.
