What began as a parent social with pizza has grown into a major fundraiser for Sacred Heart Academy. With over 500 patrons last year, it’s the party to be at for 2012! Join current parents, alumnae, and SHA supporters for passed appetizers, drinks, & desserts available from 6 – 10 pm. We hope you can join us this year! Just mark your intentions on your ticket stub before you return your tickets to the Main Office or call Ashley Tibbetts at 834-2101 ext. 316 to purchase your ticket today! Can't come that night? Purchase a raffle ticket and still have a chance to win!

- 6 pm - Doors Open : Early birds will be allowed upstairs to the Raffle Baskets Hallway; bars & food available.
- 8 pm - Chance Raffle Baskets Close: Purchase your chance raffle basket tickets at registration or in the 2nd floor hallway.
- 9 pm - Silent Auction: Bid on these fabulous items to support SHA! Various rooms close between 8:15 pm and 9 pm. Back by popular demand are the SHA Grandma Basket, SHA Mom, SHA Dad, and SHA Girl Basket! Get there early to bid on these high-demand baskets!
- 9:15 pm - Live Auction: Bid high, bid often! These exciting gifts are unique opportunities to support SHA! Front row seats for Graduation 2012, Dinner with Head of School Ms. Demert, Super Chexx Bubble Hockey … and more!
- 9:40 pm - Senior Gift Tree: Take a chance to win the amazing gift cards on this “tree” sponsored by the Class of 2012. Valued at over $500; chances are sold for $1 each. (Note: tree not included)
- 9:45 pm - Grand Prize Drawing: Every ticket sold (whether winner is present or not) has the same chance to win the Grand Prize of $5,000! Extra chances can be purchased for $25 until 9 pm at the registration tables.
