SHA Has 5 Senior Scholar-Athlete Winners

The Buffalo News announced their 2010-11 Winter All-WNY Scholar-Athlete Team on April 2.  Five Sacred Heart Seniors were among the 130 students selected from the 100-plus public and private schools in Western NY.

SHA's Super Seniors are Emily Mrozinski (bowling), Sarah Pawlak (basketball), Jessica Prater (basketball), Krissy Russo (basketball), and Jessica Sainz (indoor track).   To be nominated for this honor, students must have carried a 90 plus average for the previous six semesters and been a starter or significant player in their sport.
