Open House

Prospective students and their families can tour Sacred Heart Academy, learn about academics, athletics and extracurricular activities, and meet students, faculty and staff.  If you missed Open House, please contact the Admissions Office at 834-2101 ext 311 to arrange a tour.

 

Shadow Days

October 4 – November 18, 2010

Prospective students are paired with freshwomen or sophomores and follow them through a typical day at SHA.

 

Catholic High School Entrance Examination Preparation Course

October 16– November 6, 2010, Saturdays, 9:00 am-12:00 noon

This course familiarizes eighth grade girls with the content and structure of the examination and reviews mathematics, reading comprehension, grammar and vocabulary.  The cost is $100 and includes Peterson’s Catholic High School Entrance Exam Practice Book.

 

October 22, 2010

The Catholic High School Application for Admission in Fall 2010 is due to a student’s elementary school.  Upon receiving the application from a first choice student’s elementary school, SHA will send information to the applicant regarding the entrance examination, together with scholarship and financial aid information.

 

Catholic High School Entrance Examination 

November 20, 2010, 8:00 am -12:00 noon

Students take the examination at their first choice school, as designated on the common application.  The cost of the exam is $20 payable on the morning of the exam. To register for the exam at SHA, please call the Admissions Office at 834-2101 ext 311.

 

December 1, 2010

Scholarship and Financial Aid Applications are due.  Scholarships and aid are awarded to first choice students only.  Applications are sent prior to the entrance exam.

                      

January 20, 2011

Acceptance, Scholarship and Financial Aid notifications are mailed.

February 9, 2011

Registration for the Class of 2015.
