Pink the Pool 2008 On October 20, to promote Breast Cancer Awareness, swimmers and spectators dressed in "pink" at SHA's swim meet against Mt. Mercy which the Lady Sharks won handily 54-34. Junior Alex Skomra (pictured below on the far right side of the diving board above the pink sign) proposed the "Pink the Pool" fundraiser which raised $1500 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
